The GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM® is an innovative exercise and rehabilitation system that offers similar benefits also derived from yoga, tai chi and dance. It is supportive resistance exercises are based on circular and spiral spinal movements intended to lengthen, strengthen and supple the spine and body.

Pilates Method

Following the guiding principle of Joseph Pilates  this system allows a person to develop the ability to control his/her alignment, as flexibility and strength are developed. Spinal articulation and stabilization are explored through exercises performed on a mat or specialized equipment.

MoveLab Personal Training

We offer an improved approach to functional training and fitness using tried-and-true, industry leading modalities.  These include Chi Running and Walking, MovNat, and GMB fitness.  Learn new skills and discover what your body can achieve with greater ease and flow.  Build greater strength, mobility, body control, and balance through a fun and sustainable practice.  Whatever your health and fitness goals may be, rest assured that we will develop a program to help you reach them.
